Wild green smoothie and Chocolate Buckwheat biscuits


Wild Sorrel soup followed by Scallops with curry butter served with kumara croquet.

Silverbeet/kale spelt quiche served with pine nut ranch salad

Moroccan cauliflower salad roasted on clay pot dressed with tahini sauce.

Derry’s cacao nib cookies & Tea for desert


Grilled prime lamb cuts, served with Cucumber and mint relish and classic English Roasties

Tomato, Onion and homemade fruit vinegar salad.

Green dukkah salad served with homemade ricotta cheese

Purple Sauerkraut

To drink:  Stinging nettle and rimu beer

Fresh strawberries served with proper vanilla custard and cocoa nibs for dessert

All workshops will be held at Bella Rakha Retreat in West Auckland, NZ. Accommodation is included.
